Municipal Court

Responsibilities

Under Section 755 of the Wisconsin Statutes, the Municipal Court has exclusive jurisdiction over allegations of ordinance or traffic violations brought by the Village of DeForest or the Village of Windsor.

Court Sessions

• Adult Initial Appearances
  2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 5:00 pm
• Juvenile Initial Appearances
  2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:00 pm
• Pretrials for Adults
  2nd Wednesday of each month beginning at:

              9:00 am - Village of Windsor
              8:00 am - Village of DeForest

• Pretrials for Juveniles
  2nd Wednesday of each month
• Trials
  1st and 3rd Monday or 3rd and 4th Wednesday of each month beginning at 5:00pm
  (And at other times as deemed necessary)
